OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KUSI) — San Diego County District Attorney Summer Stephan joined Oceanside business owners on Thursday to discuss county efforts to combat the homeless crisis, including an update on progress on launching a cell phone app to locate shelter beds.
The app, spearheaded by Stephan with the county, aims to provide real-time information to unsheltered people about shelter bed availability or how to connect with service providers.
