Sip to See, Springtime Tea The Vision of Children Foundation held its annual Springtime Tea event in La Jolla last month, raising over $140,000 for its research initiatives and mission of finding cures for genetic vision disorders and restoring vision loss. Over 180 guests enjoyed a tea service, a silent auction, opportunity drawing, and boutique shopping. The event was held by Rancho Santa Fe residents Sam and Vivian Hardage, who established Vision in 1991 after their son, Chase, was born with ocular albinism.
