Islamic Center of San Diego shaken by precautionary lockdown
A lockdown at the Islamic Center of San Diego has been lifted after police found no threat. Officers are still searching for a woman believed to have stopped outside the center while experiencing a mental health crisis. NBC 7's Omari Fleming has the latest.
